The B737 Performance Reference Handbook product includes the following product and services :

• the website ( performance737.com )

• the electronic iPad/iPhone Performance 737 app and electronic content

• the electronic iPad/iPhone B777/787 Landing & Brake Tool app

• updating of the website and the app and all content further referenced to as the “B737PRH”.

 

APPROVAL

The B737PRH references to Boeing tables which in general are readily available for pilots and dispatchers who are actively involved in the Boeing 737, but has no connection with The Boeing Company.

 

DISCLAIMER

The B737PRH has not been approved by any airline company nor by the aircraft manufacturer whereto it refers. The author cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or outdated information. Accuracy of the B737PRH cannot be guaranteed. The electronic copy that you receive may not be current or compatible with your aircraft type or equipment. At all times use the original airline company publications and aircraft manufacturer manuals for correct and up-to-date procedures and data. The B737PRH should be used as additional information only.

 

LIABILITY

The B737PRH must in no manner whatsoever be considered or utilized as a substitute for any approved and/or official and/or instructive manuals or operating procedures supplied by any aircraft manufacturer and/or by your employer. The B737PRH is provided as, and must be considered as, background information only, and is never to be used in any manner in the operation of any aircraft. You must always use the official employer publications and aircraft manufacturer manuals as sole reference for operating procedures and technical data. The B737PRH has not been submitted to The Boeing Company, to any aviation administration, or to any airline for review or approval, and nothing contained herein must be construed as suggesting such approval.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the B737PRH no warranty (implied or otherwise) is given in this regard by the author or the publisher. The content of the B737PRH electronic app are copyright-protected material.  You are not allowed to make any copies, in any way (photocopy, scan, screenshots, camera, ocr, etc). You are not allowed to reproduce, in whole or in part, any content of the B737PRH.

The publisher will immediately submit a claim against any infringement that occurs.

 

PLACE OF EXECUTION, PLACE OF JURISDICTION

Place of execution is Twello, The Netherlands. The local place of jurisdiction of the buyer’s residence is responsible for all customers worldwide.

YOUR PRIVACY

Our privacy policy is in line with the EU GDPR regulations.

No personal data will be stored except data necessary to process the order and to administer the business relationship. The transfer of your personal information to the freight carrier will be limited to what is necessary to ship the order. We do not sell or divulge your personal information to any other person or company.

As for the electronic apps, the publisher does not receive any personal information about you, including your name or identity.  All sales are handled by Apple iTunes app store.

 

MARKETING

The user will receive support information, new offers and notifications about the product and other products and services from the author. The user can unsubscribe from these messages by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the message. The author may send any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail, via email to the user.

 

PARTIAL INVALIDITY

With invalidity of individual regulations the validity of the remaining regulations remains unaffected.
